  FastLink came on board in 2001 to assist The Perry Company with numerous computer issues.  FastLink helped The Perry Company transition to a new operating system while maintaining and troubleshooting their office equipment, ordered supplies, repaired printers, and provided many other services.

  FastLink started working with the Genesis Financial Management satellite office in 2002.  FastLink assisted with their hardware and system growth to become their own standalone operation moving from a 10 to a 60 user call center.  The office was set up as a Cisco VoIP paperless call center.

  FastLink came on board to assist existing staff with a major upgrade of their  Cisco routers and switches.

  FastLink assisted this small business with going from one PC to three networked PCs.  Implemented remote access to the store.

  FastLink helped Genesis Communications upgrade their infrastructure at remote sites in Orlando, Melbourne, Largo and Tampa.  Supported phone systems at all sites.

  FastLink reconfigured Positive Spin’s network, server and security cameras which reduced their downtime.
